Last Chance for Bexton Cinema Bonanza Tickets!🎬🍿

A reminder that pre-sale tickets (£5pp) for the Bexton Cinema Bonanza will close on Monday at 3:30pm. This is a strict deadline as we need to finalise catering and event numbers ahead of Friday evening. After this point, tickets will only be available on the gate at the increased price of £10pp, so make sure you get your orders in this weekend!

The excitement around school is definitely building, with the children already practising the songs and actions in preparation for what promises to be a brilliant evening together! The weather is currently looking promising too and it is shaping up to be a fantastic community event.

Alongside our giant outdoor screen showing The Greatest Showman, there will be plenty of food and treats available throughout the evening, including delicious pizzas, loaded fries, burgers, hot dogs, popcorn, soft drinks and ice cream. Families are welcome to bring along their own favourite tipple too, as we are operating the event without an alcohol licence to help avoid capacity restrictions.

To help reduce queues for the SumUp card machines on the night, we have also added the option to purchase pre-paid cards via SCOPAY in advance, which can then be exchanged for refreshments and stalls during the event.

As always, events like this rely heavily on the support of our wonderful parent community and we would be incredibly grateful for any volunteers who are able to help with one of the half-hour slots during the evening.  As a small thank you, every volunteer will receive a complimentary refreshment voucher for one of the school-run stalls:

We can’t wait to see everyone on Friday 15th from 5:00pm for what promises to be a really special evening for the whole Bexton community!

Year 4 Conway

Year 4 had an unforgettable residential trip to Conway last week, packed full of adventure, creativity and fun. The children challenged themselves with a range of exciting outdoor activities including rock climbing, raft building, low ropes, zip lining, canoeing and orienteering. They also had the chance to get creative during an art session, making the most of the beautiful surroundings.

Evenings were just as enjoyable, with a lively disco and a cosy campfire where everyone could relax together after busy days. To make it even better, the sun shone throughout the trip, adding to the wonderful atmosphere.

All the children showed great enthusiasm, teamwork and resilience and it’s safe to say they had a fantastic time that will be remembered for years to come.

Thank you!

We are delighted to share that Bexton has raised £135.60 for East Cheshire Hospice. This was raised through the school selling Humpties and we are so grateful to everyone who supported this. Every contribution will help support the valuable work provided by the hospice in our local community.
