FOBS Cinema Night - Friday 23rd January 2026!
We’re pleased to invite the children to our exciting Cinema Night next Friday! This fun-filled event is open to all Year 1 to Year 6 children and promises to be a fantastic evening. The children will vote for their favourite film next week, so it’s bound to be a good choice!
For just £5, your child can enjoy a movie experience with their friends from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. They can wear comfy clothes, bring along a small cushion and settle in for a great time. Plus, each child will be treated to a drink and a delicious hot dog, with all food intolerances catered for.
We can’t wait to see the children there!

Head Lice Reminder
We kindly ask all parents and carers to regularly check their child’s hair for unwelcome visitors, particularly if your child has been scratching their head more than usual. Head lice are common in school-aged children and spread easily through close contact.
A cleaner, Safer Environment
A gentle reminder to all parents and carers: please avoid leaving your cars idling while waiting. Leaving engines running contributes to air pollution around our school and can affect the health of our children and community. Thank you for helping us keep our environment cleaner and safer for everyone.
Pupil Privacy Notice
We are sharing our updated Pupil Privacy Notice with families to help explain, in a clear and open way, how the school looks after pupils’ personal information. The notice sets out what information we collect, why we need it, how it is stored securely, and who it may be shared with. Sharing this is part of our ongoing commitment to being transparent, protecting pupils’ information, and meeting our data protection responsibilities.
Face Family Advice
Please find attached information from Face Family Advice. This includes supporting a child with ADHD and their February timetable with other support sessions.
Winners - Indoor Athletics Competition
Last week some Year 3 & 4 pupils took part in an exciting indoor athletics competition at Knutsford Academy, which included a range of both track and field events. We competed against other schools from the local area and the events challenged the children while giving them the opportunity to demonstrate all the Bexton values.
The children excelled in every event, showing outstanding determination, teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the competition. We are incredibly proud of the positive attitude and effort shown by all pupils.
After coming first in many events, Bexton Primary School were the overall winners of the competition. Well done to everyone involved on a fantastic achievement!
