Christmas Lights Extravaganza: A Sparkling Success
We were absolutely delighted to welcome so many of you to our Christmas Lights Extravaganza this week. It was a truly magical evening and a wonderful celebration of everything that makes our school community so special.
It was wonderful to see families enjoying the festive Light Walk showcasing the children’s beautiful light creations, along with delicious seasonal food and drink, lovely performances from our fantastic school choir and, of course, brilliant music from our legendary staff band. The atmosphere was full of warmth, excitement and Christmas cheer and it was so lovely to see our community come together in such a memorable way.
We are incredibly proud to share that the event raised an amazing £4,000 in profits, which will go directly towards our Astro resurfacing project. Your generosity and support mean so much and we are truly grateful to everyone who contributed, whether by attending, volunteering, performing, helping behind the scenes or cheering us on.
A huge thank you to all the staff, families, children, volunteers, choir members and the staff band for making the evening such a success. It was a beautiful celebration of creativity, teamwork and festive spirit and we can’t wait to do it all again next year...
Knutsford Community Santa Parade – A Festive Treat for Families!
The Knutsford community is getting into the Christmas spirit with the annual Santa Parade taking place over the next two weekends! Many children will recognise the Town Council’s sleigh, the very same one kindly lent to us and displayed outside Santa’s Grotto at our Christmas Lights Extravaganza. Keep an eye out for it as it makes its way through town with Santa onboard!
Full details of dates, times and the parade route can be found in the Knutsford Guardian article here:

Why not wrap up warm, head into town, and enjoy a little festive magic together? 🎄
Extra-Curricular Clubs
A reminder that next week is the final week for extra-curricular clubs for this half term.
Year 1 Christmas Experience
The year one children enjoyed a wonderful visit to The Knutsford Methodist Church this week. After a fresh and sunny walk to the church, they learned more about the Christian celebration of Christmas and took part in an interactive performance of the Christmas story. It was a memorable and engaging experience for all.
