KS2 Christmas Carol Concert
Following on from our communication last week regarding the restricted capacity for the KS2 Christmas Carol Concert, the booking form has now closed. If you have not yet reserved tickets, you can visit the school office by Monday lunchtime to request up to a maximum of two tickets for your family. Please do not request additional tickets as we are working within very strict capacity limits.
If we have any remaining tickets, we will notify parents on Monday. Any spare tickets will then be available for collection from the front office.
In the meantime, please can we ask all parents to complete the walking permission via the original form (https://forms.office.com/e/ShRpJENPnC?origin=lprLink). We require walking permission for all children attending (including siblings), not just the child named on your original submission. Without parental authorisation, your child will not be able to walk to the church on Wednesday.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and support.
Christmas Class Parties
We are excited for our Christmas parties on Thursday, 18th December. Children are welcome to come to school in their own clothes for the day. In the afternoon, we kindly ask each child to bring a small party snack in a clearly named bag. These could include items such as a small sandwich, a drink, fruit, crisps or a biscuit.
Please remember that we have a strict no-nut policy to keep all children safe. They will still have their usual school dinner or packed lunch earlier in the day so there is no need to pack a huge party tea! Thank you for your support, we are looking forward to a fun and festive celebration!
Infant Nativity
Our Infant children shone brightly in this year’s Nativity performance, “Knock, Knock”. Their wonderful singing, expressive acting and growing confidence made the show a real delight to watch. A huge thank you needs to go to the staff for their hard work and preparation and to our parents for providing such fantastic costumes and for joining us to support the children. The performance has certainly filled us all with festive spirit and made a magical start to the Christmas season!
Nursery Christmas Show
Our Preschool Christmas Show on Wednesday was also a truly magical moment. The children were little shining stars, having spent weeks learning and practicing their songs and actions. Asking them to step onto a stage in front of so many parents and family members is a huge ask - and they absolutely blew our socks off with their confident, polished performance!
A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful parents for your support, enthusiasm and for being such an amazing audience. And of course, a huge well-done to our incredible preschool team, who have worked so hard over the past few weeks to make this show such a success.
It has been a wonderful term and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back in the new year. We wish all our families a warm, joyful, and wonderful Christmas! 🎄✨
Extra-Curricular Clubs
All extracurricular clubs have now finished for this half term. The new club timetable (Spring 1 2026) will be emailed on Monday 5th January and bookings will open on Wednesday 7th January at 12pm.

Year 4 Anglo Saxon Day
Last week, Year 4 had a fantastic Anglo Saxon Day, they created their very own Anglo-Saxon crosses and learnt how to use and decode historical Anglo-Saxon runes! It was lovely to see the children putting their knowledge into practice with the activities on offer throughout the day and they will certainly have made some great memories!
