P.E. 

P.E. is on a Tuesday in Year 1. Please make sure your child wears their P.E. kit to school on a Tuesday.

Book Changing Day

Every Thursday your child will have two books sent home. One reading book will be at their reading level and the second book is a book for pleasure. Please read these with your child and record in the diary. If your child finishes the books, please read again, for fluency. These will be changed on a Thursday every week.

Homework

Homework will be set on a Thursday and will be due in on Tuesday.This will alternate between Maths and English. Information about Homework will be available on this page weekly.

Homework 12.09.24 

This week's homework is Maths and will be completed in the children's new Maths Homework Workbooks. We would like the children to complete pages 1-2 of the booklet as this will help to consolidate what the children have been learning in their maths sessions this week. 

Please also remember to record any reading the children have been doing in diaries.
